Hi Dan Thanks for your reply. I tried uploading a sample that did not display properly last evening, but when I viewed the uploaded file on this site the characters were correct, which was somewhat surprising. Having discovered that I assume that the issue is not with the way the files are printed but that it has something to do with the way Adobe is displaying them, which is all rather strange. (I thought I had deleted this post after making that discovery but that obviously did not happen.) Thanks for responding.
