Razzak, I have a voip phone system that allows one to dial from the computer, but I don't know if our phone system can do what Dan's does, but I have a reservations application where dialing from within the application could be useful. I would be happy to look into it and see if there is a similar process that might allow for a universal feature. The system uses Flexpoint Software from GTB Telecom.
