Tip of the Day: Enhanced PRINT With EMAIL For Email Setup Status

Did you know that you can capture the email setup status when
printing R:BASE reports with
the EMAIL ON option, to confirm if the email settings were configured
and sent, or if the
user cancelled the process?
An added RBTI_PRN_EMAIL_DLG return variable is generated when the
report email setup dialog
is displayed, where the PRINT with EMAIL ON syntax is used.
The report email message appears as follows:

The RBTI_PRN_EMAIL_DLG variable will be defined after the dialog is
displayed, and is set
with "OK" when the OK button is selected. Otherwise, the variable is
set as "CANCEL".
The added functionality provides additional checks for programmers to
control how their
applications behave for all scenarios.
