Our customers input/edit orders, claims, look up parts, and many other things. Our consumer site is also database driven. We use R:Web Reports to create invoice and other kinds of pdf reports generated by Rbase reports. Code charge is a little clunky and not updated very often but works good with Oterro. PHPrunner is also a good tool but have not tried it yet. Of course, you will also need oterro to connect to the database. They of course would fill out a form, create a user name and password and be able to order. This would also give the ability for them to print certain reports showing what they ordered.
