Revisit your form and verify the following:
01. Tab Sequence
02. On-click EEP for Variable ListView control
03. Pre-defined variable edit data type
04. CLEAR VAR statements
05. SET_FOCUS statements
06. Closing and exiting out of any Lookup Combo-Boxes
Hope that provides you with some blue's clues ...
