John, Thanks for the response. Making the form as you suggested will work for most areas. The one area I would not know quite how to address would be attaching files within the created form. I have no experience with this and would not know where to begin. Could you point me in a direction, either in the documents provided with RBASE, or anyplace else where I could read up on this process?
