Based upon the device capturing the signature, you may use R:Scribbler or R:SmartSig.

R:Scribbler is supported to capture the written input with Microsoft Tablet PC and any Windows supported touch pad or signature capturing device.

R:SmartSig is supported to capture the written input with electronic signature pads that must be physically attached to a computer through a UBS or COM port.
