Tip of the Day: Synchronized Scrolling with Dual Command File Display
Product.......: R:BASE X.5 and R:BASE X.5 Enterprise (Version 10.5)
Build.........: 10.5.1.30214 or higher
Sections......: R:BASE Editor
Keywords......: Multi-View, Files, Sync-Scroll, Tabs
Did you know that when displaying dual command files within the R:BASE
Editor synchronized scrolling can be performed using [Ctrl]+[MouseWheel]?
To first activate multi-view, right click on a file tab and select the
"Move To Other View" option. Any newly opened files will be added to the
active pane.
Synchronized scrolling has been implemented to move up and down the files
mutually, with dual command files displayed simultaneously. Press the
[Ctrl] key while scrolling the mouse wheel to activate synchronized
scrolling.
The command file tabs can be moved between the two panes, and tabs may be
dragged to another location/position within a pane.
