Our company uses RBASE XE at the present (compiled applications) with the goal of upgrading to X.5 later this year. We just started using Rmail X for our emails from within RBASE. We do not have our own IT person but depend on a third party IT company.
The owners are looking for someone we can partner with on an ongoing basis, that are: 1. RBASE developers 2. Rmail users 3. Are IT proficient The purpose is to have someone who knows RBASE and Rmail, can communicate with our current IT contractor, and will be able to diagnose and offer solutions to some problems that are ongoing and some that crop up from time to time. Our biggest long time problem we have is speed of queries and reports. Some of that may be due to my programming, some may be due to the hardware, server setup, we are unsure and the IT company is not familiar with RBase. Since implementing Rmail we are having further problems.
