I have a client who has a 10 user network and a multi-user Rbase app.
They are using the latest version of Rbase X.5 Enterprise. During the course of the day users (when you do a LIST at the R> prompt) grows to as many as 29 users in RBase. The only way to reset the # of users is to re-boot each computer. My questions are: 1. Why does this happen ? 2. Is there a way to prevent this ? 3. Is there any way to reduce the number of phantom users ? Any blues clues appreciated.
