Thanks John - Default_Settings fixed it.
Layout > Toolbars > Watch Variables panel was visible when Tracing but
no Watch Variables displayed in it.
Now on to debugging .... no SET BUGS OFF yet, huh? :)

They are in the Add/Remove F6 list, but don't display.
Loading from a DBG file doesn't work either.
Breakpoints and errors do show in their respective toolbars.
