I cannot even begin to quantify how much time this is saving me....  Want to 
make sure everyone is aware of this enhancement.
When you copy an Enhanced DB Grid to use with another table, it used to be that 
all the settings would return back to the defaults when you selected the new 
columns.  Now, those "stranded" old columns will display with an asterisk in 
front, and you can right-click to choose "replace column" to put another column 
in its place.   Keeps all your nice settings from the grid.  You might have to 
change the column title, maybe tweak the column size, but SOOOO much easier!
