There is a great amount of information required to answer your question,
which why the Database Conversion Guide was created and is included with
the R:BASE installation.
Please review the "Converting Applications" > "R:BASE 6.5++ and Lower
Applications" chapters.
The guide explains what R:BASE is capable of doing with the .APP file based
upon its original creation in prior releases, the menu types that it can be
converted to, where you will find the application code, and most
importantly, the mandatory review and update of the command syntax so it
can be used within R:BASE X.5.
The Database Conversion Guide is available as a PDF document, as a chapter
within in the Reference Index in the main compiled help (.CHM), and is
available within the Web help.
