We had a similar problem using the MapMail plugin (Not RMailx) on a new workstation that was running Windows 10. Our RBase process loads the Outlook with an outgoing email (desktop version) and attaches the appropriate files. We then would convert the files to a secure version and click send. The program told us the email was sent but it was not - no error message. It turned out that there is a Mail for Windows 10 that is automatically installed with Windows 10. We uninstalled that program module (for which we had no use) and all was well.
I hope this helps. Yours truly, WOODLYN ASSOCIATES, LLC Arthur N.
