Dear R:BASE Community,
Please note, R:BASE Technologies officially announced the End of Life and
End of Support date for R:BASE X/X Enterprise (Version 10.0), and all
version 10.0 add-on products.
Tuesday, June 9, 2020 will be the last day Software Assurance Plans will be
available for purchase to cover R:BASE X/X Enterprise products.
Existing Software Assurance Plans covering R:BASE X/X Enterprise will not
be available for renewal, after June 10, 2020.
As with prior R:BASE releases, users may pre-purchase Software Assurance
Plans, from now to June 9th, to extend their coverage, if they so desire,
to extend their version 10.0 software support.
We hope these terms allow users ample time to migrate to R:BASE 10.5 from 10.0.
Our thanks goes to all who have made R:BASE X/X Enterprise a valuable tool
in their database arsenal since its release on September 24, 2015.
All are encouraged to upgrade to the current release, R:BASE X.5 and X.5
Enterprise (Version 10.5)!
