That's a toughy but I actually did that once. I don't have the code with me, but it was something like this. I don't think there's any X.5 enhancements that would help. In my case, the files were named with the unique ID field, so I first created a temp table with the IDs of the files I wanted moved, and create a computed column to show the filename. So in your case: insert into temptable (id) select id from table where status = 'ma'and there would be a computed column, let's call it filename: (ctxt(id) + '.pdf')
