We have an ASCII file containing data including the runtime the data was
collected in columns 33-40. Runtime has data type TIME.

Example of data:
095-45 169-1 14.9 13.0 12.80 15:29:25 14.9 356 1767 442 H----------

When we read the ASCII data into an Rbase table with the following LOAD
command, we get data loaded but the runtime is NULL.

LOAD impQlab FROM filename +
    AS FORMATTED USING +
    station 1 3, +
    test 5 6, +
    plotnum 8 10, +
    sample 12 12, +
    inwt 15 18, +
    outwt 21 24, +
    runtime 33 40, +
    sugar 44 47, +
    sodium 49 52, +
    potassium 54 57, +
    aminonit 59 62, +
    flags 64 74

Is there a way to load Time data from an ASCII file?

Thanks.
