Subject: [RBASE-L] - Trig Question | Angles in Degrees, or in Radians?
Engineering mavens:
Doing some steel work. Is it your experience that RBASE Functions which
input angles (SIN, COS, etc.) consistently and uniformly accept values
expressed as Radians?
example:
SET VAR vsin = (SIN(1.0472)) = 0.8659
... which happens to be the sine of 60 degrees.
