Patti How is the variable being populated. Look up from another table, column in report table.
If it is being looked up in another table make sure it is being done in the detail section. I have a PDF Text Field and a bunch of PDF check box fields. When we type a date in the text field, it duplicates itself across all the rows in the report. The check boxes work just fine. But my text fields all duplicate. I sent a snip of the report, cutting off the client names. We sometimes were able to open the reports in Word and got them to work that way, some of the reports (like this one) get completely scrambled by Word. We tried opening using Adobe, edge Browser, Chrome browser, Firefox browser and Word. Any suggestions to get to be able to use this as write-able document?
