Simple scenario:
- Variable form
- Variable Lookup Combo Box ("VLCB")
- Lookup Settings draw multi-column data from a View, using a variable value from a preceding Control to narrow the lookup selection.

Is there a simple, View-sourced way to produce this structure when the VLCB drops down:
---------------------------
<Add New>
---------------------------
Columns Looked-up from View
...
Columns Looked-up from View
---------------------------

Selecting "<Add New>" would then initiate a routine within the On Exit EEP [1]. The source View would be updated either within the EEP itself, or within the On Click EEPs of the "Save & Next" and "Save & Exit" Bit Buttons.

Now, I can do this with a table-sourced approach, which involves inserting an "<Add New>" record into a View-Projected-Table within a Custom Form Action accessed before entering this VLCB; but this introduces a hinky layer of real-time overhead and complexity I prefer to avoid.

Any perspective greatly appreciated. Best,

[1] On its face, it seems like an "<Add New>" row structure could be a parameter feature of a combo box (much like in QuickBooks.)
