Thom:

Had the same question some time back, posed a bit differently. I think you will find your answer within responses from Razzak and Support, slightly reformatted:

From Razzak, 2016:

"Here's how ...

00. Database Explorer > Main Menu ...
01. Choose "Settings" > "R:BASE Editor" from the Menu Bar
02. Select the "Edit Syntax Schema..." button
03. Highlight the "R:BASE" Schema, and choose the "Edit" button
04. On the second tab control, select the "Comments" tab

There is a whole slew of individual things you can change the font on by
editing individual preferences.

That's all there is to it!

Very Best R:egards,

Razzak"

From Support, 2020:

1) When altering the default font to "Courier New 11" for the Keywords to display a larger display, all other code aspects must also be increased to use the same larger size.

2) In addition to Keywords, you must also increase the font "Styles" within the Strings, Numbers, Identifiers, and Comments tabs.

3) Then, under the "Common" tab, the "Plain Text" Style must also be increased for the white space of the code.

After doing so, the code will be aligned as expected.

4) To retain the custom R:BASE schema with periodic updates, retain a backup of the schema file (C:\RBTI\RBGX5E\SyntaxSchemes\rbase.sch) in some backup folder.

5) After the public updates are applied, use the "Merge" button to reapply the custom font sizes.

6) The rbase.sch file is regularly altered with R:BASE updates.

7) The Merge button is intended to restore your custom font sizes "after" an R:BASE update is applied.

8) To retain your custom font sizes, after a public update is applied, click the "Merge" button, then browse and select the safesectors.sch file. This will reapply the custom font sizes.

If we can be of any further assistance, please let us know.
