And to answer your other question, yes RMail is an RBase product that you would purchase and install separately. I use both -- RMail and the simple Print...Email ON. If you're lucky, you can install RMail yourself as long as you know the username/password/port to use. If it doesn't work there's a couple other options that your IT guy might have to help you with.
