I need help on a capability many of you have probably conquered long ago. I would like to display a web link on a form (e.g. https://www.myweblink.com) such that when the user clicks on it, it will open a web browser (their default web browser is preferred), and navigate to and display the web site in the link. This action would emulate clicking on a web link within a Microsoft Word document to display that web link in your web browser. I am assuming this can be done without purchasing the R:BASE Plugin-Power Pack (???)
I have explored 2 ideas and have insufficient knowledge on both. 1. Display the text using a Static Text property, then place some commands in it's On Double Click EEP. I don't know what commands would be needed, but am guessing they would include the LAUNCH command to open the browser. 2. Use the Internet Control Web Browser property, which I don't understand at all what it does. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
