Do you also need to put the row count test on the On Entry eep? I'm not sure which gets fired first, the row Exit or Entry, or simultaneously? This is probably a stupid way, but perhaps on Entry, if your are entering the last row count, then set another variable like 'vLastRow = "true" ' Then on row Entry, test if vLastRow = "true" at the top
