Here's a checklist for you!
- Create a C:\Temp folder with full access
- Setup Windows System Properties > Environment Variables (TEMP and TMP) to C:\Temp
- Adjust User Account Setting Control (All the way down to Never Notify)
- Windows Virus & threat protection settings > Exclusions > Add an Exclusion
- The entire \RBTI\ folder
- The entire database/application folder
- C:\Windows\SysWOW64\RBENGINEX5E.DLL
I hope that provides you with some blue's clues ...
