Here's a checklist for you!
  • Create a C:\Temp folder with full access 
  • Setup Windows System Properties > Environment Variables (TEMP and TMP) to C:\Temp
  • Adjust User Account Setting Control (All the way down to Never Notify)
  • Windows Virus & threat protection settings > Exclusions > Add an Exclusion 
    • The entire \RBTI\ folder
    • The entire database/application folder
    • C:\Windows\SysWOW64\RBENGINEX5E.DLL
I hope that provides you with some blue's clues ...
