Hi Bruce, Thanks for your reply. This used to work on another database, not the current set of data.
The options I see are as attached. Not sure why there are different from what you have. (I am using the latest version - just checked that.) I am having to leave this in the meantime, but thanks very much for your help. If I manage to resolve this I will let you know.
