You can unload the form to a file, rename the original form (just in case) and try reloading the form and hopefully it will load correctly. If you get errors, you can “TRACE” the process and see if you can find where the error is.

Today I updated an account using version X, and when I downloaded a copy of their files, i noticed this strange occurence on this one 'main_menu' form.
