Did you know that the SFIL function can fill a NOTE data type value up to 10,000 characters?

When using the NOTE data type, the SFIL function has been enhanced to a maximum size limit of 10,000 characters (it was 4,092).

Using the latest update, the SFIL function may be used to fill a note string with a specified character for a specified number of up to 10,000.

Example 01:

SET VAR vSFIL TEXT = (SFIL('=',10))
SHOW VAR vSFIL

SET VAR vSFIL_Tilda NOTE = (SFIL('~',8000))

You may use the SFIL function to draw lines or create fixed character formatting in output files.
