Does that make me a dinosaur Nicky? 😉 I first developed my medical office application in 1985, continually improved it, then migrated the code (with the help of great developers) to WIN in 2006 and still use it to this day (just finished a 9 month major overall/upgrade of the code). I am always amazed what others have created in different ways to solve a problem.
Jim and Javier, if you would not mind I would love to have a copy of the code/forms you created for label generation on Avery stock to see how I might be able to better improve all the ways I print labels at the clinic. Since not all labels were used at one times and some were left unused, I had a utility that would ask where you wanted to start, say row 4, column 2, and it would pad the report with blank records, so the partial sheet could be used and no labels wasted. I will see if I can find it; users really liked it because prevented wasting labels. I have no problem printing pages of any number of addressee labels sourced from views and temporary tables, so the basics of label creation and printing are understood. But I cannot find a 'label-replication' feature which will generate a 30-label page from a single label layout.
