Did you know that chart images may be created with a transparent background? R:Charts was enhanced with a new TRANSPARENT parameter for the PLUGIN command syntax. TRANSPARENT - specifies the use of a transparent background for the image file. Values: ON|OFF Transparency is only available for PNG generation using the SAVE_TO_PNG parameter. Example: PLUGIN RCharts vResult + |FILENAME Quarterly_BarChart.RBC + |SAVE_TO_PNG Quarterly_BarChart.png + |TRANSPARENT ON + |IMAGE_WIDTH 324 + |IMAGE_HEIGHT 244 R:Charts was also enhanced with a new "Hide Zero Values" setting for the chart's marks. The marks are the values that represent the data that appear within the chart.
