"To eliminate the loss of inexpensive, partially-used sheets of label stock, this routine, developed at great expense, ensures that the first label in the print stream lands on the first unused label on a partially-used sheet, no matter the number of vacant label slots.

"v.1.0 is a proof-of-concept delivery, hard-coded to print one class of simple 3-to-4-line mailing labels to the Avery #5162 7x2- column label stock. The print stream is directed to PDF for reasons explained below. There is nothing herein to prevent users from substituting label models or line formats."
