Erin,
Is TIMESTAMP a valid datatype for your R:Base version?
When a foreign table is attached, R:BASE writes a table description that identifies the table as a data source table and names its data source. Use the LIST TABLES tblname command to review table descriptions.
After the foreign table is attached, will ALTER TAB ... ALTER COL ... TO datatype fix it?

Morning all,
Recently I had some upgrades to my computer (including going to Windows 11) and now I'm running into errors with data mismatches that I didn't have prior to that. I pull in the data using SCONNECT and use SATTACH to attach the table.
The column in the business database is a TIMESTAMP datatype and my copy of the data its TEXT(26).
Any thoughts on what to check or if there's an obscure setting I'm missing?
Thanks!--
