To anyone's knowledge, are there any rock-solid W10/11 VMs (virtual
machines) running within any flavor of Linux?

R:base is only running with Windows.
A (very) long time ago there has been a Linux version, but now I am
talking about the midths of 80's.
It would be nice if a Linux version would be available, but I think
this is wishful thinking.
