Le me add some compelling reasons for upgrading to Windows, too:

*) Ability to print to the current Windows printer - no more mapping or net
use statements to get to an LPT1: port; and the ability to change to any
connected printer or pdf file programmatically

*) Ability to print to any printer on the market - not just to one that
still accepts DOS print jobs

*) LISTOF functions

*) Ability to easily incorporate images into reports and forms

*) Ability to use all system fonts and color formatting on reports

*) Ability to re-write most menu-driven apps to be more user-driven - it's a
more productive environment for the end user. Forms within forms, multiple
buttons and actions on one screen, etc

I'm with Bill, Bill - sign up for that conference in April!
