Seems that out there are several wise programmers that have adopted the Ultraedit editor, it's very flexible and had so many features that seems that never ends.
 
Attached is a file (simple) that will allow you to use my version of Rbase syntax.
 
Also just as a note I use the Great Rstyle right from Ultraedit and it is a time saver.
