Just copy the File into the Uedit directory, and under the tab marked Advanced -> configuration -> syntax highlight choose rbase

Robert,
I too use both. How do I import this syntax file into UltraEdit?

Hi:
Seems that out there are several wise programmers that have adopted the Ultraedit editor, it's very flexible and had so many features that seems that never ends.
Attached is a file (simple) that will allow you to use my version of Rbase syntax.
Also just as a note I use the Great Rstyle right from Ultraedit and it is a time saver.
