Where is everybody today? A duh question (count me in Sami).
When I run the automated windows in-line update file on my networked pc (first office machine to update to 1.862xRT03), I start the update file while in C:\RBTI\RBWIN65 and it gives me a confirmation box, then I click install and it gives me the following error: 'Cannot find installation information - Update process aborted'. I looked in the archives as this was probably addressed after Thanksgiving when everyone was upgrading but couldn't find anything. I had no problem on my home pc and had not put this on my to-do list at the office until today. Thanks to anybody who cares to turn the light on for me, 'cuz it's dark and lonely in here...
