in win 6.5++ latest patch, I did zip command /c pkzip w2report.zip w2report It didn't zip it. OS is win98SE I went to a dos prompt and did pkzip w2report.zip 2wreport and it worked.
Is it possible that the dos version of PKZIP does not work from windows rbase?
