OK Bernie, I got it to work by following your second suggestion. I uninstalled, re-installed then ran the update. Now, I'd like to copy the files to the other PC's, only which files? ~Claudine :)

If you only copied files to this machine then it isn't in your registry. So update it on the server or other machine that it was originally installed on and copy it to other machines.
