I just removed this virus from one of my customers computers. 1st I ran Norton, it quarantined it but couldn't delete it. Instructions on Nortons website are to run regedit (sorry I didn't bring the specific instructions back with me, but if you need it, I can get it from my customer) and delete one item that was added. Then do a search and delete 2 files that are mentioned in the instructions.
