Tony, as a fellow member of the Commonwealth, I can say that at the RB7 seminar I attended, I was introduced to an acceptable brew. As Bill Downall will be there, I am sure he can point us in the correct direction for this location. Probably by going with us. (Hi, bill!) I do sympathize with you about the usual fare here, but find that my ususal brew when I am in Chicago is quite nice.
