Ben, it appears you have a corrupt record in your database.  Use a text editor that 
can handle large files to determine the table and row where the unload stops, and then 
manually correct the data.

If all else fails, try unloading using a cursor on sys_tables to unload to separate 
files for each table in the database. 

We have one PC at a client site where this sort of curruption occurs almost regularly. 
We are attempting to find the cause: NIC, cable, ....
