Well, looks like Ms. Claudine spoiled our surprise to the LOYAL and CURRENT
users of The Glorious R:BASE 2000 (ver 6.5++)!
At this point 1.863xRT03 is not a public version, but rather a field test version
for specific bug fixes requested on R:DCC by our CURRENT Developers/Users.
Just to let you know, your reported (CVAL('WHILEOPT')) boo-boo has been
FIXED in the public version (Build:1.864xRT03) to be released shortly.
