The In-Line Patch-4 (Build:1.864xRT03) will be the last of the R:BASE and Runtime 2000 (ver 6.5++) product development. This build contains several fixes for new and outstanding issues which were deemed necessary by our Dedicated Development Team. This version also includes engine level fixes which were implemented in version 7.0 that we wanted everyone to take advantage of right now.
