In our quest to provide the best possible tools and solutions
for our dedicated R:BASE community, we are proud to announce
the release of the In-line Patch 4 for all R:BASE and Runtime
products.

The In-Line Patch-4 (Build:1.864xRT03) will be the last of the
R:BASE and Runtime 2000 (ver 6.5++) product development. This
build contains several fixes for new and outstanding issues
which were deemed necessary by our Dedicated Development Team.
This version also includes engine level fixes which were
implemented in version 7.0 that we wanted everyone to take
advantage of right now.

Downloaded and installed download-RBWINUpdt.exe. After installation, checked the file dates. ALL dates were 1/31/2000 at 6:54am or 12/31/2001 at 6:55am.
Build is 1.864xRT03. Are these dates correct? If so, why?
