Just a little tidbit I use when testing code using 6.5+++.

Two ways to save code showing on screen for reference and pasting into
email.

One - press the print screen key and the paste it into paint and save. This
works from any screen shot you might want to save.

I use this quite a bit for presentations and other graphic material.

Two. Select the icon on the left side of the window you have opened (can not
be opened to full screen unless you have set up edit properties in
properties for the window and this presents a whole new set of challenges.)
for your 6.5 DOS application. Right click on this icon and select edit and
then mark. Next select the text or area you want to copy in the window by
selecting the 1st character you what to select and then holding down the
left mouse button highlight the area you want to copy. Once this is
highlight press the enter key and you have copied the selected text. you can
now paste this any where you want. This is how I take tested code and copy
it to a working file.

You can also reverse this process in a working application. In may cases I
will work with our quality control department in solving customer service
problems. I use dragon naturally speaking with my MS outlook and once I have
documented a phone call I will cut and paste this text into out R:base
application via this same method. Eliminate double typing.

Hope to some day get Dragon working with Rbase. I believe it can but have
not had the time or funding to pursue this. Plus staff training time would
have to be figured in.

Well getting long winded here have a great night.

Steve
