Open a dos window in xp (CMD.exe)
Give the command net use lpt1 \\servername\printername if you are using
a networkprinter
The forms designer requires a mapping to LPT1

Works fine for me from XP Pro - Goes right out to printer or were you
trying
to view this?

How do you have you printer configured? Local or network printing?
