Thanks to all - it seems that when the BEFORE clause is used the command
fails, but the following works for adding both at the same time:

ALTER TABLE CurrentSite ADD TRIGGER UPDATE loginsert UPDATE AFTER logupdate

I vaguely recall a message on the list that BOTH triggers must be in the
same statement when creating and updating - they are not created separately.
