01. Contact RBTI Support Services to get the latest Oterro 2.6, currently under private beta.
02. You may also need to trap the EXACT -Error- message in order to solve that puzzle.
To create/generate the Oterro 2.6 log file:
01. Update Oterro.CFG file to include the following line at the very beginning.
DEBUG ON
02. Make sure to save the file.
03. Now try your normal routine to connect to R:BASE 6.5++ database, using Oterro 2.6.
04. You should be able to see OTERRO.LOG file on your C:\ directory.
0.5 Take a look at that file for any obvious errors. If too much ... then, send that log file to mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] for evaluation.
06. And, don't forget to take that DEBUG ON line from Oterro.CFG file.
