I usually get this message when the index has been damaged and a reload
usually fixes it. I did have a case recently where a row of data was
damaged and the reload and autochk ran with no errors, but the index (in
file 3) for a damaged date column was an invalid disk address. The user
needed to delete the row and then add it again.
